We'll break these into manageable chunks because we believe in incremental change, not big-bang.

Through experience, we know where to look - and we've developed a number of techniques to make this a straightforward, time-efficient process.

We're conscious that these activities need to be lightweight and we'll work around individual staff members rather than trying to combine everyone in wasteful workshops.

Step 2:
Justify & Sequence

Next we'll put together a one-pager to justify the top opportunities and support the team to secure funding.

Again, we will be proposing sequential, incremental changes because we want you to experience the satisfaction of freeing up staff time as you go along, not all at the end.

We'll also help you to sequence these changes so that you can get the best bang for buck from your investment.

Step 3:
Fix (at our risk)

We'll fix the problems you've identified, one at a time, at your discretion.

Each chunk of work is designed to fit inside a month, so you'll expect to see some time savings immediately.

If you're not seeing those improvements in staff time, let us know and we won't invoice you.
